Customers and operators
Start with credits, account balance, device actions, data storage, and service availability.
This agreement explains, in plain English and formal legal language, how Telemetry Station works, what customers pay for, who is responsible for devices and data, and how risk is allocated when satellite networks or other providers are unavailable.
These guides do not replace the full agreement. They point each stakeholder toward the sections most relevant to their role.
Start with credits, account balance, device actions, data storage, and service availability.
Focus on APIs, credentials, device commands, third-party dependencies, security, and customer backups.
Review pricing, refunds, billing records, inactive accounts, service changes, and liability allocation.
Review data rights, acceptable use, export controls, indemnity, arbitration, confidentiality, and governing law.
Generally, no. Credits purchase Telemetry Station services and are not cash deposits. Refunds are available only when required by law or approved by Telemetry Station in writing.
Read the controlling sectionTelemetry Station may block activation or suspend, restrict, or deactivate devices and services to prevent unpaid airtime charges.
Read the controlling sectionNot as a normal business practice, and not for advertising. Authorized access may occur when reasonably necessary for support, security, billing, operation, or legal compliance.
Read the controlling sectionThe customer owns or is responsible for its data. The customer grants Telemetry Station a limited license to process it only for the purposes described in these Terms.
Read the controlling sectionNo. Ordinary message retention may be offered for up to five years while the account is active and in good standing, subject to technical, legal, backup, and account-status limitations.
Read the controlling sectionThird-party outages and environmental conditions can delay or interrupt connectivity, activation, message delivery, payments, and API access. Those systems are outside Telemetry Station’s direct control.
Read the controlling sectionCredits are added to the account for eligible service charges.
You provide networks, IMEIs, plans, dates, destinations, and settings.
Iridium and deployment conditions affect delivery and timing.
Activation, monthly, usage, suspension, and destination charges reduce the balance.
Messages may be accessed through supported dashboard and API workflows.
Each card contains a short summary and expandable full legal language. This keeps the page readable while still making the complete terms available on-page for customers and search engines.
Telemetry Station provides tools for estimating, purchasing, managing, activating, suspending, and monitoring satellite telemetry services.
Telemetry Station provides self-service tools for estimating, purchasing, managing, activating, suspending, and monitoring satellite telemetry services, including Iridium Short Burst Data (SBD) and Iridium Certus-related workflows.
The Service may include pricing calculators, prepaid credit purchases, device registration and activation workflows, device management tools, billing dashboards, usage history, satellite message storage, telemetry data download, API access, and related support tools.
The Service is not intended for emergency response, life-safety, medical, aviation safety, military command, or any use where failure, delay, interruption, data loss, or incorrect billing or usage information could result in death, personal injury, property damage, environmental harm, or mission-critical failure.
Satellite connectivity depends on third-party networks, Iridium services, hardware configuration, and environmental conditions outside our control.
Telemetry Station relies on third-party satellite networks, carriers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, cloud providers, and related service providers.
Iridium network availability, message delivery, latency, coverage, modem behavior, activation timelines, provisioning availability, and related services may depend on Iridium, Iridium partners, satellite visibility, device configuration, antenna installation, environmental conditions, regulatory requirements, and other factors outside Telemetry Station’s control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted satellite connectivity, message delivery, message latency, network availability, device activation timing, or compatibility with every device, modem, firmware version, antenna, payload format, or deployment environment.
You are responsible for account credentials, API keys, tokens, authorized users, device activity, and accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, tokens, and user access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, agents, customers, users, applications, or devices connected to your account.
You agree to provide accurate account, billing, organization, contact, device, and deployment information and to keep that information current.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, is being misused, is violating these Terms, is creating security risk, is causing operational harm, or is being used for unlawful activity.
Credit purchases add service credits to your account. Credits are not cash deposits and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into dollars.
You purchase 500 credits and use 320 credits during a field project. The remaining 180 credits stay on your account for eligible future Telemetry Station charges, but generally cannot be withdrawn as $180 in cash.
Telemetry Station uses a prepaid credit model. Purchases add credits to your Telemetry Station account. Unless otherwise stated in writing, $1.00 USD equals 1.00 Telemetry Station credit.
Credits are service credits only. Credits are not cash deposits, bank deposits, stored-value accounts, gift cards, money transmission balances, securities, or financial products. Credits have no cash value outside the Service.
Credits may not be withdrawn, transferred, resold, assigned, exchanged for cash, converted back into dollars, or used outside Telemetry Station except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Telemetry Station.
Credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Telemetry Station in writing.
If a six-month deployment ends after three months, credits that were not consumed remain available for other eligible platform charges. The earlier project end does not automatically create a cash refund.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Telemetry Station in writing.
Telemetry Station may, in its sole discretion, issue account credits, refunds, adjustments, or courtesy credits, but doing so once does not require us to do so again.
Payment processing fees, card fees, bank fees, chargeback fees, taxes, third-party fees, and other transaction costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.
You are responsible for reviewing your deployment estimate, selected network, selected plan, device count, IMEIs, destinations, start date, deployment duration, and credit purchase amount before completing a purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining enough credits to cover active devices, scheduled deployments, usage, destinations, and monthly fees.
A device continues transmitting more frequently than estimated and consumes the remaining balance. Telemetry Station may deactivate or restrict the device to prevent additional unpaid airtime charges.
You are responsible for maintaining enough credits in your account to cover active devices, scheduled deployments, usage, destination fees, suspension fees, monthly charges, and other account activity.
Telemetry Station may provide calculators, estimates, projections, recommended purchase amounts, low-balance notices, usage forecasts, account balance charts, and billing tools. These tools are provided for convenience and planning only.
Estimates may differ from actual usage, actual charges, third-party network records, timing of message delivery, payload size, deployment changes, device behavior, plan changes, taxes, fees, or other billing factors.
If your credit balance is insufficient, Telemetry Station may automatically suspend, deactivate, disable, restrict, or prevent activation of devices or services.
Inactive accounts may be closed and unused credits may expire or be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
If your account remains inactive for 12 months, Telemetry Station may close the account and expire or forfeit unused credits, subject to applicable law.
Inactive may include an account with no active devices, no paid services, no platform login, no API activity, no credit purchase, no billable usage, or no other meaningful activity during the applicable inactivity period.
Before closing an inactive account or expiring unused credits, we may attempt to provide notice using the contact information associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
Pricing, plans, fees, credit rates, usage rates, and taxes may change over time.
Telemetry Station may change pricing, plans, credit rates, activation fees, suspension fees, destination fees, usage rates, API fees, storage-related rules, payment processing fees, and other charges at any time.
Changes may apply immediately to new purchases, new activations, new deployments, new plans, or new services.
For existing active deployments, changes may apply at the next billing period, calendar month, renewal, plan change, device change, or other date stated in the Service or in a notice from Telemetry Station.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transaction fees, and government charges related to your use of the Service, except for taxes based on Telemetry Station’s income.
Billing may be calculated from device status, message usage, deployment dates, selected plans, network records, and account activity.
Telemetry Station may calculate charges based on device status, activation status, suspension status, deployment dates, calendar-month rules, selected plan, selected network, message payload size, message count, bytes transmitted, destinations, account settings, API activity, third-party network records, and other relevant billing information.
Telemetry Station’s system records, third-party network records, message metadata, and account activity logs may be used to determine usage and charges. Unless there is a clear error, these records will be treated as the authoritative basis for billing.
You must notify Telemetry Station of any suspected billing issue within 30 days after the charge, invoice, statement, or account activity appears in your account. If you do not notify us within that period, the charge or account activity may be deemed accepted to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Telemetry Station stores message data and metadata so you can access data through the dashboard/API and so we can calculate billing and usage.
A message received on July 20, 2026 may ordinarily remain available until approximately July 20, 2031 while the account remains active and in good standing. Retention is not permanent and may be affected by account closure, legal requirements, or technical limitations.
Telemetry Station may store telemetry messages, raw payloads, message metadata, device metadata, timestamps, network metadata, delivery information, account identifiers, organization identifiers, API request logs, and related records as necessary to provide the Service.
Telemetry Station may offer message storage for up to 5 years at no additional standard storage charge while your account remains active and in good standing, subject to these Terms, applicable law, technical limitations, fair use, backup policies, account closure, service changes, and third-party provider limitations.
Unlimited message storage means that Telemetry Station does not charge a separate standard storage fee for ordinary telemetry message retention under normal use. It does not mean infinite storage, permanent retention, guaranteed storage, guaranteed recovery, unlimited API throughput, unlimited abuse-tolerant usage, or storage outside reasonable operational limits.
We do not intentionally review telemetry payload contents as a normal business practice, but we may access data when needed to operate, bill, secure, support, or legally protect the Service.
If a customer reports that a payload is malformed or missing, support may inspect the relevant message, metadata, and logs to diagnose the issue. We first try to use metadata and system diagnostics when practical.
You own or are responsible for the telemetry payloads and data submitted through devices associated with your account, subject to the rights granted to Telemetry Station in these Terms.
Telemetry Station does not use your telemetry payload contents for advertising. Telemetry Station does not sell your telemetry payload contents. Telemetry Station does not intentionally review, read, inspect, or analyze the contents of your telemetry payloads as a normal business practice.
However, you authorize Telemetry Station to store, process, transmit, access, disclose, or review telemetry data, message metadata, payloads, and account records when reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, bill, support, troubleshoot, improve, or legally protect the Service.
Where practical, Telemetry Station attempts to rely on metadata, logs, account records, and system-level diagnostics rather than reviewing payload contents directly.
You are responsible for your data, payloads, devices, commands, destinations, API usage, and legal authority to collect and transmit data.
You are solely responsible for the telemetry data, payloads, commands, device configurations, destinations, API usage, and content associated with your account.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority necessary to collect, transmit, store, process, and access telemetry data through the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, contracts, privacy obligations, data protection obligations, export controls, sanctions rules, and industry-specific requirements.
You should not transmit sensitive personal information, protected health information, regulated financial information, classified information, controlled technical data, or other highly sensitive data through the Service unless you have confirmed in writing with Telemetry Station that the Service is appropriate for that use case.
API access is provided for supported data retrieval and account workflows. You are responsible for securing API keys and integrations.
Telemetry Station may provide API access for retrieving telemetry data, message history, usage records, billing-related data, and other supported account information.
You are responsible for securing your API keys, tokens, credentials, integrations, scripts, servers, and applications. You are responsible for all API activity under your account.
Telemetry Station may apply rate limits, usage limits, authentication requirements, access controls, pagination, logging, monitoring, abuse prevention, and other API restrictions.
We may suspend, rotate, revoke, throttle, or disable API access if we reasonably believe API usage is insecure, abusive, excessive, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, exports, and records of data that is important to you. Telemetry Station is not responsible for your failure to download, export, back up, or preserve data.
Data may be retained, archived, restricted, or deleted according to account status, retention rules, law, backup cycles, and operational needs.
Telemetry Station may retain telemetry messages for up to 5 years while your account remains active and in good standing, unless a different retention period is required or permitted by law, contract, backup policy, security policy, or operational need.
After account closure, termination, prolonged inactivity, nonpayment, expiration of credits, or discontinuation of services, Telemetry Station may delete, archive, anonymize, aggregate, or restrict access to telemetry data and account records.
Deleted data may continue to exist for a limited period in backups, logs, archives, disaster recovery systems, billing records, legal records, security records, or audit records until removed under ordinary retention cycles.
Telemetry Station is not obligated to retain data indefinitely and is not responsible for data loss after termination, account closure, expiration of retention periods, customer deletion, insufficient credits, suspension, deactivation, system failure, third-party failure, or force majeure events.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no satellite, cloud, API, database, or transmission system is completely secure.
Telemetry Station uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and customer data. However, no system, network, cloud provider, satellite service, API, database, or transmission method is completely secure.
You understand and accept that telemetry data may be transmitted through third-party networks, satellite systems, cloud infrastructure, internet service providers, payment processors, and other systems outside Telemetry Station’s direct control.
Telemetry Station does not guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, data corruption, cyberattacks, outages, credential compromise, misdelivery, or security incidents will never occur.
You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting credentials, limiting account access, rotating API keys when needed, securing your devices and applications, and promptly notifying Telemetry Station of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for commands, activations, suspensions, deactivations, destinations, IMEIs, and deployment settings submitted through your account.
If the Service allows you to send commands, change device status, activate devices, suspend devices, unsuspend devices, deactivate devices, change destinations, configure deployment details, or modify account settings, you are solely responsible for those actions and their consequences.
Telemetry Station is not responsible for harm, data loss, missed transmissions, increased charges, failed deployments, device behavior, or operational impact caused by incorrect IMEIs, incorrect commands, incorrect payload assumptions, incorrect destinations, incorrect deployment dates, incorrect device settings, user error, customer scripts, API misuse, or unauthorized use of your account.
The Service may not be used for unlawful, abusive, harmful, unauthorized, high-risk, or prohibited activities.
You agree not to misuse the Service or use the Service in any way that creates legal, operational, security, network, financial, or reputational risk for Telemetry Station or its service providers.
Telemetry Station may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
Calculators, projections, recommended credit purchases, and deployment tools are for planning only.
Calculators, projections, recommended credit purchases, usage estimates, balance forecasts, billing tools, and deployment planning tools are provided for informational and operational convenience only.
They are not financial, legal, engineering, regulatory, tax, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for validating estimates, deployment plans, device behavior, airtime requirements, and legal compliance before relying on the Service.
Telemetry Station may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and services over time.
Telemetry Station may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, replace, limit, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
We may perform maintenance, upgrades, migrations, security changes, provider changes, pricing changes, or infrastructure changes that affect availability, functionality, data access, activation, billing, API behavior, or integrations.
Telemetry Station does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service unless a separate written service level agreement is signed by both parties.
Beta or early-access features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, changed, disabled, or removed.
Some features may be labeled or treated as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or pre-release features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, changed, disabled, or removed at any time.
You use beta or pre-release features at your own risk. Telemetry Station is not responsible for losses, data issues, billing differences, downtime, or operational impact caused by beta or experimental features.
Telemetry Station owns the platform, software, interfaces, dashboards, APIs, designs, workflows, text, branding, and related materials.
Telemetry Station and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, interfaces, dashboards, APIs, designs, workflows, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, pricing logic, calculators, documentation, and related materials.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.
Subject to these Terms, Telemetry Station grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You grant Telemetry Station a limited license to process customer data only as needed to provide, secure, support, bill, and improve the Service.
You grant Telemetry Station a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, bill, support, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
This license continues for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and complete ordinary backup and retention cycles.
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other party.
Each party may receive non-public information from the other party. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to the Service.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, already known without confidentiality obligation, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.
Telemetry Station may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory request, or legal process.
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. These Terms govern use of the Service.
Telemetry Station’s collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms govern use of the Service. The Privacy Policy governs personal information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls for that specific issue.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TELEMETRY STATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, NETWORK PERFORMANCE, MESSAGE DELIVERY, DATA RETENTION, DATA RECOVERY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TELEMETRY STATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT DATA WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, THAT MESSAGES WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED, THAT BILLING ESTIMATES WILL ALWAYS MATCH ACTUAL CHARGES, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY NETWORKS OR PROVIDERS WILL PERFORM WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
Telemetry Station’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEMETRY STATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, DEVICE FAILURE, MISSED TRANSMISSIONS, DEPLOYMENT DELAYS, THIRD-PARTY NETWORK FAILURES, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEMETRY STATION’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TELEMETRY STATION FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 3 MONTH PERIOD BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to protect Telemetry Station from claims arising from your use, data, devices, account activity, violations, or misuse.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Telemetry Station, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your devices, your deployments, your commands, your destinations, your payloads, your data, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, your misuse of API keys or credentials, billing disputes caused by incorrect customer-provided information, insufficient credits, or use of the Service for regulated, prohibited, sensitive, or high-risk use cases.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, insufficient credits, failed payments, security risks, inactivity, or legal requirements.
Telemetry Station may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, your credit balance is insufficient, your payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, you initiate a chargeback, your account is inactive, your use creates security, legal, financial, operational, network, or reputational risk, required third-party services are unavailable, or we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Telemetry Station may delete, archive, restrict, or retain data according to these Terms and applicable law.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations, indemnification obligations, or other obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
Improper chargebacks or reversed payments may result in credit reversal, service suspension, device deactivation, or required repayment.
If you dispute a valid credit purchase, initiate a chargeback, reverse a payment, or otherwise cause payment to be withdrawn after credits were issued, Telemetry Station may suspend your account, reverse credits, deactivate devices, restrict services, or require repayment before restoring access.
You are responsible for fees, costs, penalties, or losses resulting from improper chargebacks or payment disputes.
You are responsible for complying with export controls, sanctions, telecom rules, satellite rules, permits, and other legal requirements.
You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export controls, sanctions laws, telecommunications rules, satellite communications regulations, data protection laws, or other applicable laws.
You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not listed on any restricted party list.
You are responsible for obtaining any permits, authorizations, licenses, approvals, or consents required for your devices, deployments, transmissions, data collection, or use of satellite services.
Telemetry Station is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
If Iridium, a cloud provider, or an internet carrier experiences an outage, messages, activation, billing updates, or API access may be delayed even when Telemetry Station systems are operating as designed.
Telemetry Station will not be liable for delay, interruption, degradation, data unavailability, or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including satellite or carrier outages, launch or space-weather events, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, sanctions, export restrictions, utility failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, cloud-provider failures, payment-processor failures, supply-chain disruptions, or failures of third-party hardware, software, networks, or services.
During such an event, affected obligations are suspended for the duration and scope of the event. Telemetry Station may use commercially reasonable efforts to restore or provide alternative service, but no specific recovery time is guaranteed unless a separate written service level agreement expressly says otherwise.
Security concerns must be reported privately and may not be exploited, published, or used to access data without authorization.
If you discover a suspected security vulnerability, you must promptly report it to Telemetry Station and avoid accessing, modifying, retaining, destroying, or disclosing data that does not belong to you.
You may not publicly disclose a vulnerability, demand payment, test against other customers, disrupt the Service, perform denial-of-service testing, use automated scanning that materially affects the Service, or exceed the minimum testing necessary to confirm the issue without prior written authorization.
A report does not create a right to compensation, immunity, or authorization unless Telemetry Station agrees in writing.
Automation must use supported interfaces, and public claims about platform performance require accurate testing and written authorization where appropriate.
You may use supported APIs and automation only within documented limits and these Terms. You may not use bots, scraping, artificial intelligence agents, or automated tools to bypass access controls, rate limits, pricing, authentication, or intended workflows.
You may not publish misleading, manipulated, or non-reproducible performance, pricing, availability, security, or comparative benchmark claims about the Service. Telemetry Station may require reasonable review of non-public benchmarking methods or results before publication when testing uses confidential, beta, restricted, or non-public features.
You remain responsible for every action taken by your integrations, scripts, AI agents, automated workflows, employees, contractors, and authorized users.
Using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase forms a binding electronic agreement.
By creating an account, checking an acceptance box, purchasing credits, activating or managing a device, using an API, or otherwise using the Service after these Terms are presented, you electronically accept these Terms.
If you accept these Terms for an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, the words ‘you’ and ‘your’ include the organization and its authorized users.
Electronic records, click-through acceptance records, account logs, purchase records, and system timestamps may be used to demonstrate acceptance and account activity.
Customers may not transfer the agreement without consent; Telemetry Station may transfer it as part of a business or service transition.
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, your account, or your rights or obligations without Telemetry Station’s prior written consent.
Telemetry Station may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, or transition of the Service.
Telemetry Station may update these Terms and continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
Telemetry Station may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the website or made available through the Service.
The Last Updated date indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, email, dashboard notice, or other reasonable means.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state you specify in the placeholder.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to the arbitration section below, the courts located in Oceanside, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
