Telemetry Station may store and process raw telemetry payloads, message metadata, device identifiers, timestamps, location information, satellite information, destination information, and delivery records associated with devices on your account.
We do not sell telemetry payload contents and do not use telemetry payload contents for advertising. We do not intentionally inspect or analyze payload contents as a normal business practice.
We may access or review telemetry data when reasonably necessary to provide the Service, route or recover messages, troubleshoot a customer issue, calculate or verify billing, investigate misuse or a security incident, comply with law, or protect Telemetry Station, its customers, or its providers. Where practical, we rely on metadata and system logs instead of payload contents.
Customers are responsible for having the rights, permissions, notices, and consents necessary to collect, transmit, store, and process data through their devices and accounts.

Payment providers process card or banking details; Telemetry Station generally receives transaction and payment-status information rather than full card numbers.

Account, device, billing, transaction, API, security, support, tax, audit, and legal records may be retained for different periods based on the purpose of the record and applicable requirements.
After deletion or account closure, information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, archives, disaster-recovery systems, billing records, security records, or legal records until removed through ordinary retention cycles.
We use criteria such as account status, contractual commitments, customer needs, legal limitation periods, tax and accounting obligations, security requirements, dispute preservation, and technical feasibility to determine retention periods.
